- Typically, orders placed before 2 PM will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be packed and shipped the following business day.
- Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and shipping service selected at checkout. International shipping may take up to 14 business days for delivery.
- Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Yes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, we offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. (Exluding Stego Products)
Please note the following refund terms and conditions:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- A 15% restocking fee will be applied against the refund total.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a return label and deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.
- Radon fans must be returned in the original, unopened box to be eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by phone or email at Sales@radonsupplies.com, and include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3β5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Prior to approval, customers must provide images of the products to verify their condition and confirm they are eligible for resale.
LTL Freight Palletized Returns -Β For returns involvingΒ LTL freight,Β items must be:Β
- PalletizedΒ
- Shrink-wrappedΒ
- Properly prepared for freight pickupΒ
- Pre-Approval Required:Β Customers must submitΒ images of the palletized productsΒ in advance to confirm that items are in resalable condition.Β
- Fees:Β AΒ 10% restocking feeΒ will be deducted from the refund.Β
- Return shipping costsΒ are the responsibility of the customer.Β

All Radon fans listed come with a 5-year warranty.Simply contact us at sales@radonsupplies.com with a photo of the fanβs information plate and provide us with the original order number the fan was placed under.
Please note the fanβs model number, date of manufacture (DOM), and serial number. You must also provide a photo showing the electrical wiring has been cut. Our team will review your email and, in most cases, ship the replacement fan the same day.

If your product arrives damaged. Please send photos of the damaged product, exterior of the packaging, and interior of the packaging along with your order number to sales@radonsupplies.com.
