Please note the following:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packing.
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied against the refund total.
to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone or email at Sales@radonsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. the refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 buisness days for the credit to reflect on your account.

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Prior to approval, customers must provide images of the products to verify their condition and confirm they are eligible for resale.
LTL Freight Palletized Returns - For returns involving LTL freight, items must be:
- Palletized
- Shrink-wrapped
- Properly prepared for freight pickup
- Pre-Approval Required: Customers must submit images of the palletized products in advance to confirm that items are in resalable condition.
- Fees: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
